Terry Fox was a 21 year Canadian who lost his leg to cancer, but was determined to leave a legacy. Despite suffering from this wretched disease and only having one leg, he ran 3339 miles across Canada. Shortly before finishing his incredible journey Terry tragically finally succumbed to his cancer and lost his life.
